Through a preliminary survey, participants are managed step-by-step according to their risk of social isolation. If a mobile phone is not used for a designated period, a crisis signal is detected. An alarm is sent to a pre-registered guardian, and a well-being check is conducted. This proactive approach connects users to necessary services to proactively identify and support emergencies such as lonely deaths.
② Strengthening self-care through participatory content and incentives.

A variety of missions and fun events are offered, including attendance checks, meal logs, healthy walking, visits to recommended attractions, and cultural and artistic experiences. Up to 50,000 communication points are awarded based on participation.
