Meditation of the day: every day there is a new short meditation ready for you on the home screen of the app. This way you don't have to search for long and you can immediately take your moment of rest as soon as you open the app. Each week focuses on a different theme, so that you are always provided with new inspiration for meditating.
500 Dutch guided meditations: choose from more than 500 mindfulness meditations for your moment of rest. The length of the meditations varies from 2 to 40 minutes.
Easy search: in the app you can search by theme, series and duration. Do you have 3 minutes in between to reset? Or do you have half an hour for a long relaxation meditation? You will quickly find the perfect meditation for the moment.
65 meditation series: follow a series of meditations that completely match what you need now. Such as a series about dealing with fear & anxiety, self-care or an in-depth look at Buddhist psychology.

All meditations are recorded by certified mindfulness trainer Marjolein van der Aar. The meditations are clearly divided into 10 themes: mind, breath, feeling, letting go, intuition, body, love, relax, on the road and other.
