When you place an order in Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro or Joinville (SC), the app will immediately track how many free taxis are nearby. If there are many taxis, it will be suggested that you propose a discount of up to 40% or 30%, as there is a high probability that a taxi driver will accept your request.

If there are a few taxis close by, the suggestion will be to propose a 20% discount, the taximeter's value or even a tip of $ 5, to attract the taxi driver quickly for your request.

The app will only make one recommendation; therefore, you will always be free to choose the proposal you want to make to the taxi driver, whether it is a discount or a tip.

You will be served by a selected fleet of drivers, physically enrolled in our company. In addition, you will have at your disposal a Call Center 24 hours a day, for any eventuality, as forgotten objects inside the car.
