Instructions:
1. Press CALIBRATE and place the phone on your back face up with the longer side parallel to your body
2. Keep a perfect plank for 5 seconds while your phone is calibrating
3. Once calibration is finished you can begin planking (you only need to calibrate once)
4. Press START PLANK and place the phone on your back again to begin planking
5. If the phone alarm sounds, it means your hips are either too high or too low
6. The timer will stop if you are doing the plank incorrectly and will continue once you are back in the correct position
7. Try to aim for 1 min 30 secs
