This is a prototype yet to be reviewed by the Government of Karnataka. As of now, it is in Beta version for testing and is not yet made official by the Government of Karnataka.

Using this application, users can lodge complaints to the respective Government authority
regarding a wide range of problems they face in their constituency. Users can also keep track of the previously lodged complaints and update the status of the complaint.

Users can also assess as to how effectively the representatives of a department are performing by checking out the overall statistics of the various Government authorities in their respective constituencies.
