বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা গেজেট পাস করে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা অধিদপ্তরের মাধ্যমে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কোটা তৈরি করে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা তালিকা মোতাবেক মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কল্যান ট্রাস্ট দ্বারা মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের ভাতা চালু করেন।
