It is a book by American businessman George Samuel Clason published in 1926. The book gives financial advice from people who lived in the ancient city of Babylon.


Before publishing the book, George used to write short articles on ways to succeed and publish them in small papers that people circulated, until he collected the most famous of these papers and put them in this book. This book was republished in 2002, 2004 and 2007 and has sold more than two million copies.
