About this app
GoFirst is a B2B mobile application developed by Pencil Cut Advertising (PVT) Ltd to facilitate product sampling and basic marketing data collection. This is app is the first of its kind developed in Sri Lanka for the main purpose of product sampling.


Real time tracking
The app has separate platforms for delivery riders and corporate clients. GoFirst utilizes location tracking technology to monitor sample delivery riders at any given time. Corporate client’s app version allows direct access to track and monitor the progress of the sample delivery and customer feedback.


Platform for customer feedbacks
Another major function of GoFirst is facilitating customer feedback. Customer feedback questions can be customized which allows corporate clients to gather original insights on desired product and marketing aspects.


Transparency of product sampling
The ability of real time tracking reduces frauds (theft or selling samples) associated with traditional sampling techniques. Dedicated supervisors to monitor riders will also greatly increase the transparency of product sampling.


Basic marketing data collection and analysis
Customer feedbacks gathered can be used easily for basic marketing data analysis. Apart from product sampling, GoFirst can be used as a research tool to gather information for marketing researches.
