I love the art of cake-making – whether it be simple cakes with a rustic feel or completely over the top themed weddings cakes – creativity runs through my blood. Cake making is my passion, my addiction and my love. With my unique qualifications as a chef and also a child care worker, I have special knack for understanding all ages, and teaching them too.

It’s not just wedding cakes that I create – think outside the box for birthdays, christenings, hens days, anniversaries and ‘just because you want cake’ days. Teaching cupcake decorating is a newly added forte – have fun with a special catered hens do or kids party.

I also have a number of specialised recipes so I can cater for gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and many other allergies or intolerance's.
