TijarIA is an innovative solution, based on artificial intelligence, aimed at improving access to information for foreign trade operators, with a particular focus on SMEs/SMEs.
It integrates an intelligent chatbot capable of providing fast, accurate and personalized answers to users' questions regarding import and export formalities. This AI solution, produced in close collaboration with the Single Window for Foreign Trade Procedures “PortNet”, facilitates access to regulations, trade agreements and import-export procedures, and improves the competitiveness of economic operators internationally.
The State Secretariat for Foreign Trade and PORTNET S.A. are launching TijarIA, an intelligent solution designed to improve access to information on foreign trade. This initiative is part of the 2025-2027 Action Plan of the Secretary of State, which places transparency and availability of information at the heart of its priorities. It also aligns with the Kingdom's international commitments, in particular those provided for by the Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) of the World Trade Organization, Article 1 of which highlights the need to guarantee public access to regulations and procedures governing commercial exchanges.
Developed in close collaboration with PORTNET S.A, the National Single Window for Foreign Trade Procedures, TijarIA is a solution based on artificial intelligence which aims to guarantee the efficiency of import and export operations, by providing operators with an innovative, accessible and scalable tool. It allows Moroccan businesses, particularly SMEs, to easily and quickly access regulations, trade agreements, customs procedures and other essential data through an intelligent chatbot capable of providing precise and personalized responses.
By simplifying the task of companies looking for reliable information, TijarIA offers them centralized access to an exhaustive and constantly updated documentary base, thus helping to strengthen their competitiveness on international markets and to better master procedures related to foreign trade.
With the launch of TijarIA, Morocco takes a new step in the modernization of its commercial environment and reaffirms its desire to support its businesses, particularly SMEs, in their integration into global value chains through digitalized, transparent and high value-added public services.
The TijarIA platform is deployed in pilot mode before its generalization to the general public.
