This lightweight mobile app is designed to provide seemless tele-consultation services by a support staff or volunteer for
the patients registered fore tele-consultation.
What support can the staff or volunteer provide using ShantiBhavan Telemedicine Support App ?
For new consultation
- Can register a new patient for tele-consultation (one time activity for a new patient)
- Can book a consultation with any doctor in any hospital (not necessiraly the patient's registered hospital)
- Can upload patient records (lab results, ECG, X-ray,etc.) and vitals (temperature, BP, SPO2, RBS), etc, for view by the consulting doctor
- Can upload a chat message to the consulting doctor describing patient condition
- Can view reply chat message from doctor and communicate to patient
After booking a consultation
- Remind doctor/patient about upcoming consultation
-Support doctor/patient in case there is any connectivity issue
- In case needed, reschedule or cancel as mutually agreed
After completion of consultation
- View prescription / lab order / advice and help the patient to get medicine / lab service
- Monitor progress and if needed book review consultation
