This App aims to help health personnel to communicate with a patient whose mother tongue is Wixárika and this causes a barrier to provide adequate care.
It contains simple phrases and questions that, for the most part, can be answered with a "yes" and "no", but that will allow health personnel who do not know this language to have a general diagnosis of the patient's health.
Although there are variants within the Wixárika language, they are understandable among them. These translations belong to the governorship of Tatei-kié (San Andrés Cohamiata).
