What does the word “authentic” signify to you? To us it stands for something that is real. To us it means an item or idea that's genuine to its beginnings. It means the hint of salt that’s tasted on our al pastor meat (Our Signature Roasted Pork). Or even the spicy kick you get from our baked chicken. Flavors you don’t ever find anywhere else, other than in Mexico. It’s exactly these flavors that inspired our founders to establish what is now known as “Taqueria Los Gueros”.
