“AASAISH” is an ONLINE Grievance Redressal and Service Delivery platform of District Anantnag. This is a one-stop platform for citizens to report all grievance/ demands w.r.t various departments in the district. It is a sort of disruptive innovations introduced by the district Administration Anantnag. The citizens need not to visit different offices and wait in long queues to registers their demands or complaints. The system has definitely enhanced efficiency of grievance redressal and good governance which is the core of any administrative setup. Besides accountability, transparency and tracking of grievances has been greatly enhanced.
