The app enables teachers in Kenya to mark learner attendance digitally in an almost real-time manner. Teachers can also provide reasons for learners' absence that integrates with data from other stakeholders and partners to assist in decision making at the individual learner level.

The project is a partnership between the Ministry of Education - State Department for Early Learning and Basic Education, the National Council for Nomadic Education in Kenya and UNICEF.
