Our app allows near-miss reporting by users as a part of an organization and facilitates quick and easy review by admin users. It uses a machine learning algorithm, grounded in human cognition research, to categorize near-miss reports based on the distinctive traits of high-reliability organizations (HRO). Organizations can define KPIs to track specific metrics they are interested in. Analytics show trends over time.
