How Motilal Oswal Wizmo & Round-Ups Works?

On app launch you would be requested permission to access the SMS on your mobile phone. On receiving permission, you need to open a zero balance mutual fund investment account as per regulation and register a one-time bank mandate with Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund to initiate Mutual Fund Investments.

How Round-ups work

When you do an online purchase transaction, say you order a pizza from Zomato or take an Uber ride for ₹370, our smart algorithm designed to read the debit transaction SMSes only will be used to round up your purchase to ₹400 (virtually) and thus you have an option to invest the extra ₹30 in a Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund of your choice.

These amounts would be counted as your savings. Once it reaches an amount of ₹500 you will get an option to invest in a Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund of your choice.
