The Mo Talcher app is a pan-city initiative under the Talcher Command and Control Center (a joint initiative by the District Mineral Foundation Trust and Talcher Municipality). Mo Talcher aims to reduce the response time of the Urban Local Body (Talcher Municipality) to various service deliveries.

Broadly, the Mo Talcher app shall provide three services:
1. A smart waste management system
2. An intelligent land information system
3. Smart surveillance

The app aims to further and bolster Talcher municipality's services with well-defined KPIs and benchmarks, thereby empowering citizens.
