The Edu:Social app is part of research studies by the Working Group for Social Neurosciences of the Max Planck Society on the effects of mental training in the areas of education, healthcare and work. The app offers you the opportunity to take part in an online training program lasting several weeks in the form of socio-emotional dyads and mindfulness and meditation practices. The program promotes socio-emotional skills such as resilience, empathy and (self-)compassion. The program also includes various questionnaires and computer tasks that record training effects before and after the program.
