Web based data management system is an online platform where real time data/information will be collected using tablets. The main objective of the system is to track the changes in the HH living conditions, knowledge gained, assets utilization & profit, accessibility and mobility of persons with disabilities of selected households in Kurigram and Sitakund. Depending on the nature, the data will be collected monthly or quarterly or yearly basis. This process will contribute in the evidence generation and factual analyses for areas of improvement for the graduation of extreme poor and poor households.
