Use our dynamic data-driven app to improve your overall well-being, address your learning or training needs, or to chat directly with our expert Psychologists or Nutritionists. Explore additional support features that boost your cognitive well-being through engaging games, enriching learning modules, and build your well-being habits through soothing music and mindfulness exercises, while earning points for the same.

Daily Assessments:
Our daily Assessments, with dynamic Q&A help us understand your well-being from an individual and workplace perspective. It allows us to create a set of activities called "My Action Plan For Today" based on your assessments. Assessments are dynamic in nature.

My Action Plan For Today:
Customized for every user based on their daily responses to assessments, the Action Plan is a curated set of dynamic activities (My Learnings, Games) to help users improve their overall well-being.

Management Broadcast:
Management Broadcast allows users to receive announcements directly from the management for an effective means of communication between management and users.

My Learnings:
My Learnings is a library of quick, easily digestible information designed to boost knowledge and sharpen your skills. Our micro learning content is available for user well-being and training needs. The library is constantly updated with new content so that users can access the latest trainings.

Mindfulness Exercises:
Browse our collection of soothing tunes or tracks to aid relaxation and encourage stress reduction. MSC Care recognises the significance of stress reduction, offering resources to help users unwind and prioritise their mental well-being.

Profile:
View your overall points and standing in the leaderboard & wellness section of Profile screen. Use the settings option to access features such as Change Password, View Privacy Policy or logout from the App.

How to use the App:
1. After installation, user can use provided token, user id and password to login to this application
2. Upon successful login, the user is prompted with an assessment which are a set of questions related to individual & personal well-being
3. Based on the assessment responses, the user is provided with a dynamic “My Action Plan For Today” which user can click and start the activities
4. On the home page, there are Quick Access shortcuts available to access few other features like My Learnings, Chat with Psychologist, Management Broadcast, etc.
5. User can explore the app further based on the overview provided.
