The Party Member Handbook was developed with the goal of digital transformation in Party work to implement action plans
to Party members quickly and promptly in order to improve the activities of Party organizations.

The system allows Party members, in addition to quick access from the Party Committee, also a place for Party members to self-manage personal information,
Party documents as well as contributing ideas to build a clean and strong Party organization.
