MTEJA is a property management application that connects the property owner with the tenant and agent. It allows the property owner to manage more than one property with all its tenants and agents.
MTEJA will allow the property manager or owner to add units and tenants for each of the units. Accept payments and generate invoices and receipts for the payment. The owner/manager will also be able to add bills for each unit to help know how much has been spent on each unit. Alerts on defaulted rent will also be sent as notifications on the app and email incase they fail to see it.
