Receipt friend puts an end to paper clutter and messy receipt folders. With our app, you can easily take a picture of receipts, get automatic text recognition (OCR) and save all vouchers safely and structured on your mobile. Whether you are a freelancer, small business owner or just want a better overview of your personal finances, we collect all your receipts in one place - always easily accessible.

Automatic image recording and text recognition
Handling receipts has never been easier: open the camera directly in the app, frame the receipt and press "Take picture". Our built-in OCR technology extracts important information such as store name, date, total amount and VAT, so that you avoid manual entry. You can of course edit the fields before saving if something is missing or incorrect.

Neat storage and easy sharing
Each receipt is linked to a company or project - you simply enter the customer name once, and all subsequent documents are automatically sorted under the correct category. Filter by date, amount interval or search in the OCR text to find old receipts in seconds. When you need to send documentation, you can share the attachment as an email, PDF report or via other apps such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

Cloud backup and subscription
With our free subscription, you can try all premium features for 14 days at no cost. If you choose to subscribe (NOK 199/year), you get automatic backup to the cloud, unlimited storage space and monthly reports directly to your email. All data is transmitted encrypted (SSL/TLS, AES-256), and offline support allows you to take and save receipts even without a network - they are synchronized as soon as you are back online.

Monthly reports and exports
Keep an easy overview of all your purchases with our ready-made monthly reports. Select the desired time period, and get a PDF that summarizes the total amount, VAT and the number of vouchers - ready for submission to the accounting department or auditor. Also export the entire attachment folder for a given project as ZIP or PDF if you want a whole package to forward.

Security and privacy
We take privacy seriously: Kvitteringsvenn only requires the permissions necessary to take pictures and save files locally/cloud. The OCR processing takes place primarily on your device, and no sensitive data is shared with third parties without your consent. Read our privacy policy in the app for a complete overview.

Simple pricing plan and recovery
Start with a 14-day free trial. Afterwards, you get access to premium functions for only NOK 199 per year. If you already have a subscription, you can easily restore the purchase via the "Restore purchase" link, also when reinstalling or changing the device.
