This application allows you to make a record of contact information, symptoms and health signs that can be collected in a place of public access with a tablet or cell phone.

This information can be filled autonomously by the visitor or client. The information is securely registered and encrypted on the device and in the cloud storage (optional). You can consolidate the information from various data collection points and optionally make reports with cloud storage.

The information logging functionality locally is completely free to use and test. Features that require cloud data log storage and backup are purchased with the purchase of the cloud backup option.
