Muscle Box App is my personal fitness companion, created for private use to help me track my workouts, diet, and fitness journey in one place. This app is not intended for public or commercial use. Instead, it serves as a self-management tool for my daily routines, progress, and health-related activities.

With Muscle Box, I can record my gym sessions, monitor body measurements, and stay on top of my health goals. The app allows me to manage my fitness journey privately and securely, using features that are tailored to my personal needs.

Key Features (Personal Use):

Workout Tracking: I log my workout routines, including exercises, sets, and reps, to keep consistent records of my gym progress.

Diet Consultation Notes: I use this section to save my own notes and dietary preferences, helping me stick to meal plans and track nutrition over time.

Progress & Measurements: The app helps me monitor my BMI, chest, waist, and other key measurements to stay aware of my physical changes.

Photo Tracking: Using the camera, I can capture progress photos (such as a 90-day selfie challenge) for my own reference and motivation.

Reminders & Notifications: The app provides personal reminders and notes so I don’t miss workouts, renewal dates, or milestones.

Reward Points (For Fun): I’ve built a private reward system where I assign myself points (“dumbbells”) for hitting goals—making my personal fitness more motivating.

Secure Storage: All my information is stored securely using Firebase Authentication and Firestore, with strict access limited only to my own account.

Privacy & Security
This app is used only by me for my personal fitness journey. My information is not shared with gyms, trainers, or third parties. The data is stored privately and securely, and permissions such as camera or photo access are used only when I choose to log progress photos or upload images.
