This app uses geolocation to accurately determine the Qibla direction and prayer times. It runs in the background to remind you to pray on time via Adhan and notifications, even when your device is in sleep mode.

Muslim Day uses the following permissions to provide the best possible experience for Muslim users around the world:

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
We use these permissions to accurately determine your location to display prayer times based on your geographic location and to ensure accurate Qibla direction.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE
We need a foreground service to be able to display the Adhan and alerts at the right time, even when the app is in the background.

VIBRATE
To activate vibration as part of the Adhan alert or other notifications.

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED
We use this permission to automatically activate alerts when the device restarts, so you never miss a prayer.

SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM and USE_EXACT_ALARM
These permissions are necessary for accurate Adhan timings, especially on modern Android systems.

USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT
