1. Take your membership number and your access code on your mutual insurance card. If you have not received this code, contact your Mutame & Plus agency.
2. Go directly to the home page of the mobile application or the Reserved area section on the mutual insurance company's website
3. Click on "I create my account" or "First Visit"
