Mobile Accounting Application that can work integrated with ERP Systems

Our mobile application has been developed to work fully integrated with Logo's Tiger, GO and J-Platform products. It can also be made compatible with different ERP systems if needed. The application can be easily used via mobile phones and tablets.

Real-Time Data Access:
The application communicates directly with live data in the central database via internet connection. Data is synchronized instantly and transaction times are limited to seconds.

Authorization and Parameter Management:
Users can perform transactions in the application in line with defined authorizations. Transactions such as price changes, discount definitions or access to certain areas can only be performed by authorized users. All parameters and definitions are managed via the central system.

Current Account and Stock Management:

New current cards can be created, address information can be obtained via GPS.

Special reports can be prepared for current cards and can be sent to mobile devices in the desired format.

Contact information such as phone, e-mail, fax can be displayed in detail.

Recorded GPS locations can be tracked on the map.

Sales and Collection Transactions:

At the time of sale, the price, quantity and discount information of previously sold products are automatically displayed to the customer.

Collection can be made with cash, check, promissory note and credit card.

Details such as check number, debtor or bank information can be entered in the collection information.

Stock Tracking and Product Information:

Product information can be accessed quickly by scanning the barcode with the camera.

Transactions are facilitated with Bluetooth barcode reader support.

Warehouse and Count Transactions:

Count transactions can be performed, warehouse transfer slips can be created.

Reporting and Graphical Visualization:

Current and stock data can be reported graphically.

Financial data such as orders, cash, bank, check/promissory note can be accessed on special screens for managers.

Reports can be prepared in different formats and stored in an easily accessible manner.
