Make sure you’re using your MUTTS stickers with Gboard, Google’s free keyboard app. You can download Gboard in the Google Play Store. (Once installed, you may need to enable the keyboard in your device’s messaging settings.)

Once Gboard is enabled, download your MUTTS stickers and then locate the pink "MUTTS: Classic Mooch & Earl" icon on your device. Tap the icon, then tap "Click to Add Sticker Pack."

To use your stickers:

Open any app where Gboard is enabled (such as text messaging).
Tap the empty text box to reveal the keyboard.
Tap the multi-colored "G" Google icon.
Tap the square smiley-face icon to select stickers.
If you continue encountering issues, it may help to revisit the "MUTTS: Classic Mooch & Earl" app in the Play Store and click "Update."
