Mowakabeh platform: It is an electronic platform dedicated to submitting official applications on the municipalities' websites. The idea of ​​​​a follow-up platform came after the outbreak of the Corona virus, in order to reduce the density of auditors in municipal centers, in addition to the exorbitant cost of fuel and the necessity of citizens to visit the municipality several times to obtain a specific statement, or to submit a complaint or review.
On August 20, 2022, AST launched the Mowakaba project, with a ceremony that was sponsored and attended by the Governor of Mount Lebanon, Judge Muhammad Makkawi, and a number of religious and political figures and representatives of parties and civil associations. The platform brought its first version as a development step in light of the current economic and health conditions, as it has become an urgent need in order to mechanize and develop administrative work, enhance transparency at the level of official departments, especially municipalities, and improve the way they work, in addition to being a step towards convergence with the age of digital development and remote work with facilitation. Citizens and municipal employees should save time and effort, and save citizens the trouble of moving more than once to submit and obtain the transaction.
