My neighborhood Oss

My neighborhood Oss is an app where residents and the municipality work together to improve your neighborhood. You will also find information about the activities outside on the street. Via the app you can arrange to receive a notification when a neighbor has posted an idea or when the municipality starts working in your neighborhood. You can also find all this information on www.mijnbuurtoss.nl

Together we make the neighborhood

Residents and the municipality work together at My Neighborhood Oss to make your neighborhood more beautiful and liveable. They do this by putting an idea on My Neighborhood Oss and helping each other. Every initiative starts with an idea and has the following steps on this My Neighborhood Oss website:

Put idea on the website
- You or an employee of the municipality of Oss post an idea.
- Other residents can respond by supporting the idea.
Other residents can also support your idea and choose to participate.
- The district coordinator of the municipality helps and supports if necessary.

Work out idea
- If there are enough neighbors who think it is a good idea, the idea can be further developed.
- The district coordinator or area manager will work with you to determine what is necessary to realize the idea (for example, the number of participants, budget, rules).

Implement idea
- When the idea is worked out and there is no problem implementing it, we get to work.
- From then on, the idea can be seen under "activities".
- After implementation, the idea is listed under "active".

You can see on the app where the municipality is working in your area. And what the plans are for those places.

You will also find news about your neighborhood or village on the app.
