The Talaud Disdukcapil DARING counter is an innovation in the service of the Talaud Islands Regency Population and Civil Registration Service in the form of a mobile application to answer problems faced by the community in relation to managing population documents and civil registration.

This application aims to make it easier for the public to be able to manage various kinds of population documents and civil registration without having to come directly to the Disdukcapil Service Counter. With this application people only need to fill out a form that uploads the required documents which will then be verified by the officer for further processing.

The public will only come to the Talaud Disdukcapil Service Counter when the submitted documents have been printed and then requested to be taken, by entering the required physical documents as previously uploaded.
