Profile menu: view profile information and several other functions
Online menu: view active/inactive status information for drivers receiving orders
History menu: view history information
Balance menu: functions for balance information
Completed order menu: functions for completed orders.

Running menu: functions for running orders
Waiting order menu: functions for ongoing orders and waiting orders
