Sappi is a platform that allows you to send and receive notifications when an event has occurred. These notifications are called Sappis.
A Sappi consists of:
A photograph taken at a specific time.
The location or place where the photograph was taken.
The time the photograph was taken.
An explanatory note.
It is a useful tool for companies that need to track the activities of some employees. For example, if my company is a distribution company, then the employee in charge of making the delivery creates a sappi for his boss when it is made. The boss will be certain of the exact time and place in which the delivery was made.
An advantage of Sappi is that it allows you to have information organized and ordered to be consulted at any time. Likewise, a Sappi user can have several folders to receive their Sappis and thus have greater coherence and order of their information. For example, returning to the case of distribution, it is possible that the owner of the company needs to have the information on deliveries organized by zones, so he can create a folder for each distribution zone.
Another important factor about Sappis is that they cannot be modified or deleted. Additionally, a Sappi can only be consulted by the user who sends it or by the user who receives it, no one else can see the information of a Sappi.
