Read the Maitreya Buddha (彌勒尊如來bud) with your heart and listen to it with your ears, and practice dedicating whatever you think to the Buddha. If you hold it, it becomes a disease, and if you hold it in, it explodes. The person who practices this is called “the spirit of surrender”. Read the Geumgangsutra morning and evening, but believe in listening to the lecture in front of the Buddha and practice it so that it becomes a habit. Keep your body moving regularly and never let your mind sit still. In this way, if you repeat 100 days (百日) as a diary (一期) about 10 times, you will get a sense of fate and know the fate of others. Shall we call this the beginning of Buddhism? The things you should pay attention to are greed if you study, sincerity if you say why you can’t study, and heartbreak if you study well. It is said that the old man is called Saga-myun-myeon (不可以勤勤).
