The MY OPTIFAST® JOURNEY™ program offers professional, and live, virtual support that helps guide you through your wellness journey. This is an all-in-one program that provides live, on-demand, and virtual nutrition, lifestyle modification and fitness support.

On the app, you can schedule and access live appointments with health experts, access customized nutrition meal plans, watch on-demand videos and live fitness classes, attend support groups, and so much more. All these features can be accessed on-the-go or in the convenience of your home. Virtual, live consultations and classes are available seven days a week.

You can also message our team of health experts at any time, even if questions come up between appointments. The program syncs with Bluetooth Scales, pedometers and other tools to help track progress and wellness stats. Users can also utilize the Food Diary to help track nutritional intake. Personalized goals are set by a Nutrition Specialist.
