The Switon Physiques Personal Training App is a free supplemental tool for clients of Switon Physiques Personal Training Studio. This app allows our Certified Trainers to provide exercise plans (complete with video and written description of each exercise), nutrition tracking/coaching (including full macro-nutrient breakdown), track progress (body measurements,strength,etc) as well as schedule in person training sessions. Using the tools within this app allows you to take control over your health and fitness in a easy to use, convenient way.
