If you are deaf, hard of hearing or deafblind, you can in this app send an order if you need an interpreter to NAV's interpreting service. The app also gives you an overview of your orders.
NAV offers the following interpretation methods:
- Sign language interpreter
- Writing interpreter
- Draw as support for oral reading
- Speech interpretation
- Tactile sign language
- Sign language in limited field of view
Once logged in to the app, you can:
order interpreting services for the deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind
- have an overview of the orders you have submitted
- monitor the status of the orders
- cancel an order
- copy a previous order
- see which interpreter has been assigned
- see what information the interpreting service has about you:
- contact information
- what decisions you have on the interpreter
- which interpretation methods you are registered with
