My Sirani is a pioneering platform in Nepal to provide mental health services with the usage of accessible human resources through technology. Our team understands that the fast-paced world is difficult to catch on, where the world sees more acceptance in the mental health sector, Nepal falls a bit behind with even the urban population not acknowledging the need for professional help for their mental needs. The socio-economic class should not be a barrier to use these services which is why we put quality voluntary services forward as well.

My Sirani, literal translation in Nepali means “My Pillow”, wants to be your comfort when in mental discomfort. We have buddies who can help you through texts, volunteers who help you with counseling, and senior counselors who will help you through their services. These services are developed in tiers as different people have different needs and while having mental discomfort one must allow themselves to choose the type of help they deserve.
