The RSCA PMA compares the sailor's Individual Trait Average (ITA) against the Reporting Senior's Cumulative Average (RSCA) in an evaluation cycle for advancement examination purposes. Individuals with ITA scores higher than the RSCA value get extra points that help boost the Final Multiple Score.
