NABI is a preventive and supportive emotional well being application. The purpose of NABI is to make mental health and emotional well being easily accessible and affordable. It's also to create awareness by understanding one’s thoughts, emotions, feelings and behaviour through self reflection and seeking the appropriate support, It's a platform to create a community where people feel safe to explore and talk about their emotions because when we understand ourselves better, we do better and that creates a positive effect within oneself and to others).

The application's features like
The Better Together feature helps you connect with community support volunteers. They will be available to help you with basic queries and have a chat as a first line of support which can help you decide if you need therapy.
The therapist feature helps you connect to a therapist trained in counseling and clinical psychology at your convenience through video call.
The self reflection feature helps you gain awareness into your mind by exploring emotions, thoughts and feelings and behavior.
