1. PRAY:
In prayer, God gives us strength, comforts us, accompanies us, loves us. Like Jesus, seek those moments of prayer alone with our Creator.

2. MEDITATE:
Every day you make decisions and plan your future, but is Our Lord the protagonist of your life? He, who loves you, knows what is best for you and for the salvation of your soul. Count on Him in everything.

3. INVESTIGATE:
We are custodians of the treasure of the immutable Deposit of Faith. Let us turn to this inexhaustible source of Wisdom to build our Faith on rock, defend it against attacks, and strengthen it in the constant search for the Truth.
