In this nanocurso, in general, a detailed analysis of the reasons that the Generalitat Valenciana has approved the Law of Valencian transparency is done, all bound by this law subject, as well as its principles, goals and penalty system, and particular level, we examine what the obligations of transparency and specific advertising to be met by associations and non-profit, how to comply and sanctions violations and noncompliance are involved.
