Pre-employment Cards are work competency development programs aimed at job seekers, laid off workers, or workers who need competency improvement.
Requirements for Pre-Work Card recipients are Indonesian citizens who are at least 18 years old and are not currently attending formal education. Participants will receive training using online training methods (e-learning) and offline training (face to face). The benefits of the Pre-Work Card itself can be used for paid training, where payments are made with the Pre-Work Card to attend online training for a maximum of Rp. 3 million, and offline training for a maximum of Rp. 7 million. Participants in the Pre-Work Card program will also receive training certificates that they participate in, both online and offline.
