One of the primary objectives of SAHART CITY app under its Smart City Mission is to drive citizen centric services through improvements in City Operations, improving efficiency of municipal services and promoting a better quality of life for residents. In order to achieve these objectives, Saharanpur Smart City Limited desires to foster the development of a robust ICT infrastructure that supports digital applications and ensures seamless oversight of city-wide operations through Integrated Command and Control Centre. This project will establish a collaborative framework where services of different functional departments of Saharanpur Municipal Corporation and other stakeholders can be assimilated on a single platform; consequently, resulting in aggregated city level information. Further, this can be converted to actionable intelligence, which would be propagated to relevant stakeholders and citizens
