Offer a set of valuable rules and tips that help manage dialogue and solve problems

In this world, the arrows of misfortunes are open, and the spears of affliction are prepared, we are in the house of trials and exams, grievances and sorrows, worries and anxieties.
And the affliction that afflicts the servant does not fall into four categories: either it is in himself, or in his money, or in his honor, or in his family and those he loves.
And the people are joint in obtaining it from the Muslim and the unbeliever, the righteous and the immoral, as is seen.
Given the suddenness of these problems and the lack of preparation for them sometimes, I made basic rules in treating them, and they are a general framework for all people, and each case according to it.
