Abdur Razzak was born on 1 August 1942, 23 December 2011 in 1971, one of the leader of freedom fighters, freedom fighter, former minister. He played an active role in the educational movement of 6, 6-point movement, freedom struggle and great liberation war. The political life of political party Awami League Advisory Council Abdur Razzak started in the end of the 50's. Prior to his death, he was the member of the Bangladesh National Parliament elected from Shariatpur 3 constituency and was the chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on the Ministry of Water Resources. In 1970, he was elected a member of the Jatiya Sangsad for the first time. After that, he was elected in 1973, 1991, 1996 and 2009 in the Jatiya Sangsad election. In the elections of 1991, 1996, he was elected a member of two races. Abdur Razzak was elected general secretary of Bangladesh Chhatra League in 1966, 1967 and 1967, in 1968. In 1979 and 1981, he was the general secretary of Awami League.
