Remember, he may one day help you with something. A lot of times when we see people we don't even talk to. I think he will come and talk before that. In this way, the identity does not advance from two sides. Many view such behavior as arrogance, even if it is not the case. General politeness is when both of them come and talk. Many of us are happy with the failure of others. That is never right. It should be remembered that such a failure may come to my life one day. It is never polite to comment on someone's clothing.
