Research shows us that taking a proactive, preventative approach to your mental health can help you live a happier, healthier, more productive and fulfilling life. That’s what Take a minute is all about!
It flips the script on mental health, giving you the tools and knowledge to prevent you from becoming unwell, instead of waiting until you notice is something wrong before reaching out for help.
It’s like having a gym for your mental health and wellbeing right in your pocket, helping you to keep your mind fit and healthy!
Features:
• Work on your wellbeing individually or together with friends, family, colleagues, teammates or club members.
• Customisable challenges, focussing on 19 scientifically supported wellbeing domains
• Identify what truly matters to you through easy, fun and engaging activities
• Build stronger connections by tackling challenges together with your community
• Receive personalised wellbeing statements after completing each challenge
• Based on proven behavioural change theory, and principles of positive psychology and wellbeing literacy
• Developed in partnership with researchers from South Australia’s Be Well Co.
